
Our third entry in The Hop Workshop program, which experiments with unique combinations of ingredients and techniques to produce novel, hop-forward beers. The Hop Workshop #3 blends Chinook, Mosaic and the new Cashmere varietal. Together, they produce notes of tangerine, grapefruit and pineapple. These bright flavors are balanced by a delicate addition of malted oats, which impart a soft mouthfeel and gentle finish.
