Our Consortium IPA Series partners two unique hop varieties with the goal of creating a new hop experience. Each hop is selected both for its individual contribution and how its oils will blend with its partner hop. Consortium VII unites Amarillo & Centennial, with each presenting uniquely across aroma and flavor. Amarillo contributes pungent aromas of mandarin orange and grapefruit, while a touch of Centennial in the aroma hints at waves of pine flavor to come—all followed by a clean, lingering bitterness.
