This traditional spring farmhouse ale is bright and floral with Mt. Hood hops added heavily for flavor and aroma. Two toast levels of Munich malt give this Biere de Mars a beautiful orange tint, as well as a balanced maltiness just perfect for warmer, balmy Oregon spring weather. The wheat malt and German style ale yeast fermented at cool winter temperatures give this ale a smooth mouthfeel and crisp finish.
