The Sasquatch Legacy Project, started by Walking Man Brewing, transitioned to Ninkasi Brewing Company in 2012. Each year, Glen Hay Falconer Scholarship recipients join together to brew a beer with us in Eugene. This year's dark wheat session IPA was brewed by the 2013 recipients: Acacia Cooper of Anderson Valley Brewing, Joel Shields of Rogue Ales, and Sandi Shivers of Kona Brewing. Proceeds from the beer will go to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation and the Northwest Legends Foundation, whose missions are to educate brewers and support the community in memory of our lost brewing friend, Glen Falconer. Using hop varietals preferred by Glen, we cheers this brew to his honor!
