Crafted in collaboration, Ninkasi Brewing and Cascade Brewers Society developed a Brown Ale reminiscent of a favorite dessert—gingersnaps. Brewed with ginger, molasses, brown sugar, and cinnamon, this beer is enjoyably sweet, spicy and in-your-face snappy.
