Formerly known as White Stout. We have tweaked the recipe and increased the hop hit. The new take on this classic Durham beer deserved a new name. Alabaster – strong and pale.
Large amounts of aromatic Columbus hops over a full pale malt base. Aromas of citrus and black pepper. High bitterness is balanced by the full and rich malt body.

Lovely golden colour and great head. Great taste throughout with a great pine finish. Lovely DIPA.

Good golden colour which is strange for a modern stout but these are strange times and we are trying to recapture some of the past when stouts weren’t all dark. Slight hoppy aroma but with a big bitter taste and only hints of hops. Really delicious and upstanding a king of beers.
