An excellent beer to accompany food, with its strong maltiness and oaky character. Delikat is balanced, smooth and harmonious. Its head is lacy-thin and chalk-white. The hop bitterness is pleasantly rounded and develops a fine body. The aroma is fresh and mineral. The aftertaste is sustained, with clear hop bitterness transitioning into sweetness, with slightly burnt tones at the finish.
