This is an odd one to me. All hops added after boil lends no bitterness. Aromas of citrus peach and tangerine. Almost 5 alive. Tastes of the same in mild doses and almost a plum flavour, but not bitter at all. Fruity, floral and little sweet. Slightly caramel malty aftertaste. I like it but I don't know what it is. I would love to see this done to a hefeweizen
