I'm not sure which variety of their IPA this is. Partly because it's just chalked up as IPA and partly because it's so cool in here that it's practically dark - and I can't see the menu. I can see all the vinyl lined up on the bar though....hipster-tastic. The beer is great - a lovely, punchy IPA with a full in the mouth feel and bag loads of hops. Loads of pine and earthy wet grass flavours are combined with an interesting undercurrent of fennel, which makes it stand out from the crowd.
