American Pale Ale dalla luppolatura decisa, con note agrumate ed erbacee. L'amaro intenso ma non aggressivo è mitigato dal caramello del malto che la rende ben equilibrata.

Petit goût de fruit de la passion et gros houblonnage avec de l'agrume, pamplemousse. Bien équilibrée entre acidité et amertume mais le gros goût agrume m'empêcherai d'en boire 60 !

Plenty of malts to stabilize the hops. The tinyest hint of sweetness in the taste, but generally a balanced beer. Nice reward after a long hike!
