Wylam and Mad Hatter collaborate to produce a Pineapple muddle kettle sour. Now there's a classic style.... It's pretty good as well. Smells like real pineapple and tastes like a sour pineapple it's as refreshing as you like. The addition of mint which arrives at the end gives it an interesting twist. Definitely couldn't drink pints of the stuff but as a one off or to break up a session, ideal. If however you don't like sour beers, this is not the introduction you're looking for...
