👁 dunkles Kupfer, leicht getrübt; feinporiger, cremefarbener Schaum 👃🏻 Karamell, Biskuit, ein wenig erinnert es an Likör 👄 Oh, das ist sehr fein. Ein sehr dichtes Netz aus Karamell-, Biskuit- und Kaffeenoten umfängt den Gaumen. Nichts davon ist platt, oder überproportioniert. Sobald diese Aromatik etwas abklingt, findet eine trockene Herbe ihren Raum und bleibt auch nach dem Genuss noch längere Zeit im Mund haften als leichtes, herbes Kribbeln auf der Zunge.
