Allez, pour se rincer la gorge, une Pale Ale au gingembre. Couleur orangée peu de mousse. Odeur très agréable de gingembre un peu sucré, confit.. En bouche, le gingembre s'exprime pleinement, saveurs herbacées, florales puis la petite note piquante. Dommage, final pas très agréable.
