This local 🇨🇮 beer doesn't impress me at all. It's called "Bock" but it's a standard Pale Lager. Surprise! Looks clear gold. As expected. A moderate soapy head forms on the top and retreats quickly to the sides. The scent is truly restrained: sweet-leaning malt with a biscuity twist. The taste is even less attractive: moderately sweet malt with an awkward sugary undertone. The hops are nowhere. The body is really thin. The mouthfeel is thin, industrial and characterless. My goodness what a shame.
