Un color muy claro y una densidad ligera para ser una weissbier… Pero el sabor es bastante agradable.

Crystal clear, deep gold beer with lush carbonation offers a pure white, fluffy head that grows two fingers tall. Despite long bubbling, the crown dwindles steadily but maintains the beer's precious aromas under it for a long time. The scent is bubblegummy, with a distinct twist of banana and some apricot. I start gradually also receiving more and more lemon pulp, and the reason for it is soon revealed to me when the foamy lid is only minimal: the bartender had put a slice of lemon in the beer. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Didn't even cross my mind... Ok, here we go. The tongue spots lemon, of course... I try to ignore it. I find also banana, bubblegum, a bit of cantaloupe and definitely wheat biscuit. Soft as a cloud. The body is light. The finish is considerably fruity, especially lemony – for an obvious reason – but not ignoring the other fruity elements either. Nor the bubblegummy flavors. The aftertaste takes its time in the mouth. The mouthfeel is light, effervescent, very soft, marginally drying and modestly lip-glueing. Probably a good thirst quencher in the summer. Ha, I also spot Iittala candle cups on the tables. 🕯️👍🏻
