MAMOS is a Pilsener beer, one of the most historic of the Greek brewery.
It first began its journey in 1876 in Patras, while it was relaunched in 2017 as a result of the collaboration of the Mamou family with the Athenian Brewery, maintaining its local character, as it is produced at the Athenian Brewery factory in Patras.
It is a high-quality beer, produced from fine raw materials with the original recipe of the first Greek certified brewer, Petros Mamou, unchanged. It is characterized by its full taste, its rich foam as well as the rich aroma from 3 different varieties of hops.

A quick bulkie (?) from the local shop next door. Clear gold is becoming the norm for Greek beers. A regular white head, melts soon to a thin lace ring.
Slightly sweet-leaning biscuit malt and a hint of waffle in the scent. Very suppressed. The tastebuds receive the same biscuit malt, a suggestion of waffle and subdued hops. Feels light minus, even thin, crisp, a tad dry and drying. Rather easy.
