It is very fizzy as soon as you open the bottle. It pours lovely golden colour with the slightest of haze. The bubbles give this cider an almost permanent, thin white head. Aroma is of slightly sharp apples. Flavour is full on with apples, initially dry on the finish but with a lingering sweetness. Such a delight to drink and it's made only a few miles away too.

A lovely, slightly fizzy, champagne style cider. Medium in style and a lovely refreshing apple flavour.
