Clearly a brilliant product but not to my liking

Tonight is the Summer Solstice. At The Sally we celebrated with the Ragged and Old Morris Men. They pranced and sang in the car park before we all joined in. Yes, I had my own hankeys to shake about. As the sun set over the River Severn on another sweltering day, it was all very Pagan. After a few beers I went for another of Tom Olivers ciders - pressed just down the road in Herefordshire. Sharp and tangy with intense apple flavours and a bag load of tannin it was lovely. Golden like the sunlight - medium bodied with a dry edge. It was almost designed for a day like today.
