Must have been the hottest day of the year. As it's Fathers Day we've had a big old pub lunch - which I followed up with multiple pints of So'Hop in the Sally beer garden. After returning home, I spent the last couple of hours cooking a Chettinad Chicken curry and drinking this beauty. It's a small batch Cloudwater Saison fermented with champagne yeast and finished in Damy white wine barrels. 750ml of refreshing, mildly sour loveliness with mouthfuls of bubbles and froth. A genuine beer, champagne crossover - perfect for today. We are still sat outside - and I'm still drinking it. Marvellous.
