The beer is dirty, brown-orange, totally murky. Carbonation is absent, so is the foam. Scent has mighty apricot nectar and fermented overripe apricots. Tastes... strange. Sour fermented apricots dominate the palate. ABV is 12.3 % and it can both be felt as warmth and tasted as ethanol. The body is only medium, it can't -- and obviously doesn't have an intention to -- keep the alcohol in control. The finish is long and sour fruit-winey. Mouthfeel is very stuffy, complex and confusing. This is a very dry, winey beer, not sure if it's actually more a wine than a beer. Makes one's mouth sticky. This is overall extraordinarily peculiar, not necessarily only in a positive way. Fuzzy, demanding and full.
