Fantastica Blanche con note di ibisco, piacevole e morbida con un tono dolcemente aromatico, si adatta ad aperitivi, cene leggere ed anche a bevute serali in compagnia: raccomandata!

Una buona Blanche con aggiunta di Ibisco, la cui presenza è evidente nell'odore floreale e speziato. Birra originale e particolare, merita un buon assagio, come fosse un po' spumante roseé.

The glass fills with totally cloudy, red beer, resembles strong strawberry juice. The head is one-finger, creamy, cotton and long-lasting. Nose is weak with a faint idea of hibiscus, raspberry and strawberry. Tastes clearly floral with other notes of more distant strawberry and faint red currant. Medium-bodied. Ends with mildly sour aftertaste of red berries for a medium duration. Mouthfeel is tart, rich is berries, floral and a bit fizzy.
