Another exceptional beer from Deya in Cheltenham. Jousting with Northern Monk for my new favourite Brewery in the UK. Having returned from my usual Sunday trip to the local, I've cracked this open whilst cooking spiced Indian burgers. It looks like golden gravy given its unfined, unfiltered style - but it tastes like a rampage through a Caribbean market. Beautifully fruity with all of the tropical stuff going on - with enough citrus to give it edge and the right balance to make a dry dog drool. In terms of freshness......it was canned 36 hours ago. Excellent stuff.
