Une belle robe avec une belle mousse crémeuse digne d'un stout. Au nez c'est caramélisé. C'est surprenant en bouche, pétillant, sucré d'abord puis terreux. Je ne suis pas fan... Trop sucré pour moi, je lui mettrais la même note que son pourcentage d'alcool 😅
