Une bonne prise en bouche, on sent bien les houblon. Bien agréable avec un amertume présente aussi.

Comme une Double IPA West Coast suisse. Couleur cuivre. C'est très amer. Les saveurs sont herbacées et résineuses. On est bien dans le style et c'est un très bon spécimen.
