Oh, oh my if this is 7.0% ,I'm in lust. No really it's an opportunity to try something completely different to quote Mr. Cleese. A double hopped IPA without being totally mouth and tounge destroying. Good troffing beer as you would expect from Northern Monk.

This is a real peach of a beer sweet citrus malts all perfectly balanced no hint of it being 7% very drinkable and cracking artwork on the can

Another great beer from the Northern Monk Patrons Series. This Saison is refreshing and doesn't taste the 7%. There's malts mashed with hops with a sweet and fresh citrus hit. The addition of rye makes he whole thing smooth and moreish. Not my favourite style of beer as other patrons I've tried have been but excellent nonetheless!!

Another stunning can design from the northern monk patrons project and the peel off label is an extra bonus with info about the artist and notes from the brewer. The packaging is top notch and the beer is pretty good too. I'm not a massive saison fan but this is fruity, bitter and not too sour as to put me off. Altogether a premium quality product which reminds you why you pay the extra for craft beers

I should have recorded this yesterday, but the whole village had a power cut. Northern Monk are on a roll. This is an excellent IPA/Saison combo. It's full in the mouth - with froth and fizz. Sweet and sour flavours smash together with bags of tropical fruit and citrus punch. But it's all beautifully balanced. Excellent.
