Yup, we're adding a brand new IPA to our year round line-up. Orderville is an aggressive, fragrant beer that blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with the dank, resinous stickiness of Simcoe hops. The resulting beer is immensely complex and enjoyable, with an unmistakably bangin' aroma and a fully saturated hop flavor and finish. The cracker-dry body keeps the focus squarely on the massive, incredibly delicious hop character. Those of you that have been Modern Times junkies for a while may recall that we called our wet-hop beers (since retired) "Orderville"; this beer is a totally different recipe, but we liked the name too much to abandon it.

Hyvä hazy IPA, jossa mukavasti pehmeää trooppista hedelmäisyyttä ja katkeruutta vastapainoksi. Alkaa vaan olla jo nähnyt parhaat päivät, varmasti olisi ollut tuoreempana parempana.

Very tasty tropical and citrusy hazy IPA with low IBUs. Mouth feel towards traditional IPA instead of juicy. Very very pleasent beer with robust body supported by high ABV without any hints of booziness. Great hazy IPA. Ordered another one immediately after.

Kellertävän oranssista ja sameaa. Kepoinen ja isohkokuplainen vaahto.
Tuoksu miedon ja makean trooppisenhedelmäinen. Hyvin mieto tuoksu.
Maku makean ja kypsän trooppisenhedelmäinen (ananasta, passionhedelmää, papaijaa), greippiä, pihkaisuutta, pehmeää ja kepeän vaalean maltainen sekä kepeän humalaisen katkera. Alkoholi ei tunnu tai maistu missään.
Melko miedot ja parhaan raikkauden menettäneet, mutta muuten miellyttävät ja tasapainoiset maut. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen ja melko raikas.
Mukavan raikas ja maukkaan hedelmäinen hazy IPA, jossa tasapainoiset, mutta melko miedot ja tasapaksut maut.
Rinkkaismaistossa saman panimon Star Cloudin kanssa: Taisto oli tiukka ja taisi päätyä tasapeliin erilaisista makuprofiileista huolimatta. Molemmilla omat hyvät puolensa.
