Regarded as one of the worlds unusual and prestigious beers. The recipe contains a dense concentration of varied malts and hops to produce a bottle conditioned stout of 9% ABV. This brew will improve and develop complexity up to one year and has an intense flavour which is distinctive. The roast, alcoholic and spicy combine in this unusually sweet and sour beer.

Extra Double Stout. Let's just say that again. Exsssshtra duble shtouuuuut. Wow, this stuff hits hard.
This is probably one of the strongest tasting stouts I have come across. I may even have come across it before, but I have a short memory and as it's from a local brewery, it's teasing label tempted me back to it. In fact, I thinking may even have reviewed it.
But what do I find now? Well, it's a dark, short pours with not as much head as expected. And the taste, well, the taste is almost medicinal on first sip, but damn it's smooth. It's not one I would linger on, but as a one-time in an evening it's right up my alley.

Aika leppoisa, joten nimi hämää. Mutta keskinkertaiseksi tämän luokittelisin.
