No hemmetti sentään tämähän on yllättävän hyvää😋.Voisin ehkäpä juoda joskus uudestaankin 😎🍻

Barrel Aged Advent Calendar beer Day #17
2018 vintage, bottled on 11-12-2018
Rye whiskey and coffee in the aroma. Taste has maple syrup, followed by rye whiskey, coffee and smoky bacon that lingers into the aftertaste. Such a great beer year after year. 4.5/5

Subtle, yet flavorful rye whiskey, chocolate, coffee and a nice meaty smokiness (presumably from the bacon). Aftertaste is rye whiskey and bacon smokiness. A very well made beer. I have a variant I'll be trying with my brother soon. As for this one, 4.5/5

2018 vintage. Whiskey, chocolate, maple syrup, smoky bacon, coffee and rye spiciness in that order in the aroma. Taste has whiskey and coffee first, followed by smoky bacon, rye, maple syrup and chocolate. Rye, coffee and whiskey linger into the aftertaste along with some oak. Leaves a slight stickiness on the lips. Medium-full body with an appropriately lower carbonation. Delicious stout. A lot of flavors going on that are balanced very well. More of the smoky bacon flavor would possibly propel this into world class territory, but as it is, an outstanding beer. 4.5/5

2018 bottle with an undated label. Smoky bacon aroma. Some sweetness that I can't quite define. Some coffee underneath that. No rye or whiskey that I can detect. Taste has maple syrup and bacon first. Next, I'm getting some, but not much, rye spiciness, some whiskey and oak and some coffee on the back end. Leaves a slight stickiness on the lips.
I'm loving the bacon and maple syrup flavors in here. I wish there was more coffee and whiskey. The rye is present, but not overwhelming. The oak from the barrel aging is present more on the back end, and I'm fine with that. Well made stout that with some slight improvements could go from great to world class. More coffee would make this breakfast in a glass. Very little booziness in this one, which makes it a smooth drinking beer. I'd have to give this a 4.5/5

Probably a bad decision, but you can't pass up such a hard beer to find

Bacon is more subtle than in the regular version. Taste has the bacon flavor and a sweet maple syrup in the background. This is way smoother than the regular version. The regular version is better in terms of the taste of bacon and maple syrup, but the smoothness of this one makes up for it. Both are great. Can't say that I can pick a favorite between the two, but it's been a great night for my taste buds. 4.25/5
