Wow, really lovely, deep red/black in colour, thin light shortbread coloured head, great aroma (sorry can't place what the aroma is), tastes of great treacle toffee, bitter on the swallow. This came from those lovely motorway services this is named after, have to say I may have to revisit for more. Superb when combined with pork ribs in BBQ sauce.
