A top-fermented, yeast-clouded beer with high wheat malt content. Traditionally bottom-fermented in the time-honored brewing custom. Genuine beer pleasure with 12.6° Plato original wort and 5.2 % vol. alcohol. Spritzig-mild in taste, with an agreeably light fruity aroma.
