Ei kauheen hapan tai suolanen, mutta silti hyvä

Pours hazy yellow beer. Carbonation is rich. The head is totally white, overwhelming, medium velvety but settles down quite quickly, and later totally still. The nose is interesting with thin lemon and distinct seawater. Tastes delicious and fruity with sour lemony, floral and meadowy notes. Salt is recognizeable. Yeast hovers also somewhere in the shadows. This is more a gose than a saison but the farmhousey flavor is though distinct. Light body. Finishes short to medium with fruity aftertaste, predominantly floral lemon and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is light, crisp, acidic, very dry, remotely also cidery -- in a good way.
