Bad aftertaste, but overall it's not bad.

Tastes like liquid malt loaf. i don’t dislike it but in the same way i might enjoy a dessert wine once or twice a year; and definitely anything more than the full 33cl bottle would be too much. I’m certain i drank russian kvas in moscow in 1990 or 91 - i remember it being thinner and not sweet, and seeing tanker trucks delivering it. perhaps this latvian bottled version isn’t meant to be the same (although both must surely be made from dark~black, rye bread) or perhaps my memory is failing me. can anyone fill me in?
