Really complex flavours on this one with passionfruit to the fore but lots of pepper in the aftertaste, a lovely beer

Grain, spices, yeast, wood, fruit, flowers. It’s pretty complex but the main things I get is heavy yeast, dry spice and tart passion fruit. Quite lip smacking! The carbonation feels heavy in the mouth like a sherbet dip. At the start of the bottle I thought I might struggle to finish it, it’s a grower, because by the end I wanted more! Suppose that’s a good sign.
