A rich and creamy sour wheat beer, brewed with raspberries. Taste: Sweet creamy raspberry with a tingling, zesty acidity. The light, almost farmhouse malt body slides slowly down the tongue almost as a meringue, balanced by a juicy creamy lactose touch. Appearance: Vibrant reddish pink with a pink white head. Nose: Rich raspberry milkshake with a slightly citric sour touch.

Medium full and dry body. Moderately sour with a distinct taste of rasberries added with some red currants. A bit foamy in the mouth, bubbles like in sparkling wine. Aftertaste leaves rasberries lingering, doesn't add any sweetness but still the berry taste, sourness and dryness turns up saliva to the mouth which turns the feel eventually a bit sweet. Good berliner weisse.

Nyt! Ai että mikä sour! Vadelma maistuu luonnolliselta, happamuus osuu juuri omaan suuhun täydellisesti. Happoja on maltillisesti. Täydellistä!
