Tarasgeir is brewed using peat smoked malt from the Ardmore distillery, imparting a delicate smoky aroma and wonderful burnt peat flavour to this unique Craft Beer, which lingers well into the after taste. Tarasgeir is the Gaelic name for a peat iron which is used for cutting peat.

Remembering me of Islay whisky. No wonder, it’s made of Ardmore malt. Refreshing smokiness.

Hmmmm my favorite Whisky island as a beer? Give me more of that! Peat might be not everyone’s cup of tea but this one is for all the Islay lovers

Quite an unusual smokey peat taste. An enjoyable pint which I'll have again but won't be one of my regulars
