Salamander Black IPA
6.8% Black IPA / Cascadian Dark Ale
A beer full of contradictions - dark like a porter, but without such intense chocolate and roasted notes. The taste is clearly bitter, but the aroma mixes pine-resin notes with a subtle citrusiness, resulting from the dry-hopping process.

Ein Black IPA hatte ich noch nie, aber mal wirklich lecker. Ein Schwarzbier mit fruchtiger Note.... herrlich! Empfehlung!!

Oikein mukavan makuinen. Erittäin paahteinen, mukavasti katkeroa loppuun. Sopii hyvin tummien/paahteisten oluiden ystäville.

Eigentlich bin ich ja zurückhaltend bei meinen Bewertungen aber das Bier: einfach nur wow! Das geht richtig nach vorne im antrunk, die Aromen sind so vielseitig. Kein Bier für jeden Tag, ich bin positiv überrascht :-)
