Pours ruby red with a beige head. Coffee and chocolate aromas and flavours and quite spicy. Very good Mild Ale.

I remember the days when mild was a poor mans beer 90p a pint it was horrid!
This is one of the best beers I’ve had for a long time !
Had it in the cupboard a while but not been feeling well so kept it till I felt better .
Today is that day and so glad I kept it .
Big malt aromas paired with a big malty mouthful of heavenly beer with a slight bitter finish .
Ashover brewery is possibly the best brewery in England 🏴 and they still do 500ml bottles that some brewery have stopped !
Excellent beer and a big thank you to chrisbeer for finding it me
