My son and I are enjoying the 5th beer he bought from Gatlinburg. Alabama in a real tight game against Clemson for a birth in the final four.
Color is very deep Brown, very thick head that is lasting. Brown malt aroma. A mediately can detect the vanilla beans. Texture is soft at first and then becomes a little dry. Play something mild Brownell malt that allows the vanilla to come through. A very easy and drinkable beer. A six-pack of this will work nicely.
Oh my gosh! Alabama ๐just closed out and is on the way to the final four for the first time in school history. ๐๐๐Roll Tide! We are now also a basketball school!!

It's not the best brown ale, but it is exactly as described. A standard brown ale with vanilla bean flavor. Not bad

Good flavor, vanilla was very subtle. Smooth, rich mouthfeel. Drank a little then let it warm up a bit. Better cold.
