This Gold Coast take on the traditional French farmhouse ale is light bodied, has a low bitterness and a dry finish which makes it easy drinking. Delicately hopped, giving tropical aromas whilst letting the yeast shine through with zesty fruit and spice.

This saison is very light and the saison yeast really packs that farmhouse punch with slight zesty and spicey notes. I was expecting more fruity flavours but still a very nice, delicious and refreshing brew.
