Hazy, dirty, dark orange beer. Thin, grey-white head of medium duration but which melts quickly to mere frazil-ice-like lacing. Scent includes orange, grapefruit and sweeter mandarin. Tastes very citrusy with notes of grapefruit, orange, lime and mandarin. Medium body. Finishes with medium duration and lemon aftertaste. Palate is tangy, fairly light and meady -- actually not like the real honeywine-type mead but very much like fully attenuated Finnish "Sima".
