Oak and Dagger... I liked the name and thought I would give it a try. This was far too strong for me! Strong but smooth to go down with a smokey aftertaste that lingers in your mouth. Wouldn't go for this again in a hurry, but can imagine this is could be a popular choice for a matured palate.

Smooth, rich flavour almost sweet. Not as bitter as most stouts. Strong, flavourful whiskey finish. Good drinkin'.

Sweet, slightly smoked, with a bitter yet smooth and warming oak finish. Not a conventional barbecue beer but was the only thing I had cold 🍻
