It's late on a Friday and so time to bring out the big guns. This is a 750ml bottle of magic Saison from the brilliant Burning Sky. Having already aged the beer, the crazy fools pour in a bag load of gooseberries and age the bad boy again. It's drier than Death Valley and tarter than anything by Mr Kipling. Although it only makes my left eye close it's still sharper than Bill Hicks but balanced enough to win you over. Salut!
