This traditional Belgian beer finds its origin in 1815 at the time of the battle of Waterloo. Its old fashioned brewing process from malt and hops finely selected gives it a strong, tasty and vigorous character. Delicious fragrance of fresh yeast outlined by scents of fruit. Light bitterness with a touch of caramel and roasted malt. Smooth beer with strong personality yet in harmonious balance.

Quasiment parfaite. Sucrée, torréfiée, caramélisée, maltée, très légère amertume, un vrai dessert liquide.

Aroma: Hints of sweet malts, banana, dried fruits. Taste: Sweet malts, toasted bread, dried fruit. It’s got a hint of bitter roast far back.
