A quick refresher after the sauna. The cider pours transparent brilliant gold. The sparkling carbonation gives a hasty small-bubbled head that dies fast away. Medium-sweet apple juice, bags of pear and citric acid emanate to my nose. Very predictable. The apple juice turns even sweeter on the tastebuds. The pear follows but I fail to taste any citric acid. The finish lingers surprisingly long in the mouth. The mouthfeel is juicy, gardeny, somewhat Mediterranean and merely modestly sparkling. In the beginning. And despite what the label argues. Quite gulpable anyway for 0.0 %.
