Vahvan hapan, tumman marjainen, oikein toimiva hapan, osaa ne Belgian ulkopuolellakin.

Erittäin kirpeä ja vahva tummanruskea sour. Melkein etikkainen maku.

Blimey. Imagine someone ram raided your parents drinks cabinet from the mid 70's then boiled it all down and smashed it into a cocktail shaker with an eye wincingly sour beer. It's full of wild yeast, and is double aged in red wine and bourbon barrels. The craft is exceptional. The taste is more challenging than the Nurburgring on a wet Wednesday. Tastes like powerfully sharp alcoholic Vimto and I love it. My wife on the other hand thinks it's 'cats piss'. I think that's called a difference of opinion! Complex.
