
Blend of 1-, 2- and 3-year old lambik, all fermented and lagered in oak barrels and vessels. With Doesjel, the wild fermentation of the young lambik did not continue throughout the bottle conditioning as the yeast "dozed in" ("ingedoesjeld"). This beer has no head, just like lambik so please don't panic.
