A 8% Mosaic single hop big boy DIPA by UK kings Verdant. Increasingly cloudy from outside to in, pale and visible carbonation. Very dank on the nose with sweet pine and pineapple as per Mosaic! I can also get a little peach and apricot. Smooth yet spikey in the mouth, oaty body and the dank pineapple stabs you straight away. It's certainly big, you can taste the alcohol content but it's not off putting in any way. The pine finish manageable and suited even. It's been ages since I last had a big solo Mosaic brew so this is welcomed. It's not easy to drink as it's so big, but it's still a pleasure. A DIPA done proper.
