Wow! This is an unusual beer. The thyme is the strongest flavour, that's for sure. There is a hint of lemon but, as its description suggests, there is a savoury note coming through. I'm happy to drink taste one but definitely not a session beer for me.

Massively floral saison. Heavy on the lemony tea flavours. Tastes like a cross between lemsip and a cracking beer. Perfect for the man flu at the moment!!
