When it comes to making beer, we enjoy using ingredients that balance against each other. The oak that comes through in this IPA is not the overpowering oak that many are used to. By blending three types of oak, we achieve the subtle depth of a lighter toasted oak, along with hints of the more toasted oak we are accustomed to. By combing oak in this way, we are able to bring out complex aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, sweet baked bread, fresh flowers, vanilla notes, and citrus. After the oak character has been developed, we dry hop the beer with Centennial hops to compliment the oak aroma. Enjoy this beer fresh for optimal enjoyment.
