Gift from Leuven. A beer from a local micro brewery that brews one batch a month and brews every beer only once. This dry-hopped Witbier is very hazy and has a weird carbonation, which kills the head before it really forms. Brewing beers once sounds quaint, but it keeps you from iterating over and improving a brew. I think they are on to something with this beer, but it really needed some more practice.
